Made right here in Ballarat – Ballarat Mushroom Farm produces 4 fabulous Marinated Mushrooms
Basil and Balsamic
French
Cumin and Sweet Chilli
Hot Chilli and Cumin
All 4 are avail be in 250g, 750g and a 1.3kg food service tub.

The mushrooms are picked fresh daily at the farm and pickled and marinated. Fresh marinades are made up predominately of fresh and dry herb.

Great accompaniment to any antipasto platter, gourmet pizza toppings, salads, pasta or straight out the tub!
